Just Believe That Good Things Are On Their Way

As 2014 ends, remember that it was not all bad. There were some good times. There were some excellent times. Yes, there were some bad times as well, and for some, there were some really tragic times. 2015 cannot promise to be all roses and candy canes, but it can be different. You have to allow it to be different. As the year ends, let go of what was holding you back. Look forward to what can be a good year, or even a fantastic year if you let it.

The old saying “when one door closes, another opens”. One of the problems we have, is that we carry on staring at the door that has closed. We don’t bother looking for any other door that may have opened. We bang on the door, we shout through the door, we try our best to get back in. Most of the time to no avail.

That door that opened, that could be the best entranceway ever. You won’t know unless you go through it. It opened for a reason. As this year comes to a close, think of all the new doors that opened for you as the other doors closed.

I hope that everybody who celebrates Christmas has a very good one, and those who celebrate different religious festivals, enjoy your day as well.

Spare a thought though. Think of those who are alone today. Think of those who have no family to visit. Think of those who have not been able to buy for their children. Think of the ones whose families don’t want them. Think of those need someone. It is at these times that we need to really think of those who have no-one. Those whose only interaction is via an online way. Think of those who will be spending today like it is any other day.

If you want to do something in the new year, please make an effort to help those less fortunate.
