I was doing a post with some photos of clouds and I decided to play with one of them to see how it turned out. Can you tell what it is that I have done, or is it too subtle?

Going Down A Storm
There was a thunderstorm here a couple of nights ago, and it all seemed to be focused in one area – clouds. It reminded me of something out of a Sci-Fi movie. So I set my camera to point there and had the shutter open for 10-30 seconds. These are a few of the results. They are all in the clouds, there are no ground strikes. As I can only use photos up to October for the 2015 Calendar as waiting for November and December would cause the calendar to come out late, I am going to use one of these photos for November, probably the fourth one.

Another few of the photos I took in August and never bot around to being the Photo of the Week, or just not quite good enough for it. From the red lightsaber lava lamp, Sully and his toy, and up to a couple of the Moorhen Juvenile that ended up as the Photo of the Week – 35.
Clouds Take On A New Light
These are how the clouds look when they are put through Photoshop and dragged along the Auto-tone route. Some have made no difference at all, but others look creepy.
