Photo of the Week – Week 28

I had a lot of difficulty choosing this week’s Photo. Not because it is an insect, but because I took photos of several different insects and I liked them all. This one though, although not as clear as the others,  is larger, and you can see more of the little bug.

Sam Sung A Song of Scenes

These photos I took of my camera with my Samsung Galaxy Note III. I will get there, although I am impressed with the clarity of a couple of these. These are taken looking DOWN the lens, so what you are seeing is through the viewfinder. The NY that you see is the logo on my baseball cap that I wear all the time (either navy or green – one of the two). I did try to stop the sun coming in from the right, but it stopped the view from inside so the light had to stay. I was heading off from taking photos of my sister at the Race For Life when I noticed the little bug hitching a lift on my lens, so I had to take a photo to hand in to the police for illegal travelling.

A Week of Different Views

These photos from this last week are definitely different. And not a duck amongst them. I took them today, but they are for another post. I am on a restricted blogging time at the moment. Even when I was trying to reduce my time on here, I was still having no time to write and do my course. So now, I will barely be posting – maybe one a day, two at a push, and I must apologise if I don’t get round to visit your blogs in the next couple of weeks. I need to catch up badly with everything. I do still want to share the photos and I will still share the inspirational posts on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays although with fewer items on there.

4. My sister waving as she ran past us doing the Race For Life on Sunday. She ran 5km with one lung on 88% capacity and the other one not working at all due to contracting Tuberculosis in the 1980s.
5. The woods besides my sisters horses always looks grand
6. I have no idea why I decided to photograph the barbed wire, but I am glad I did
7. I love the colouring of the flowers
8. The river always looks stunning to me, no matter the weather.
9. The same as the bridge.
10. The bird reminded of the quote “I bird is not worried about the branch breaking as it has faith in its wings”

Colours of Summer

Over the last couple of days, I have been taking photos and photos and photos. I have set some aside for posts over the next couple of days. This first photo, the butterfly, it was going to be the photo of the week, but something else has now taken up that mantle. I hope you like these photos.
