Such great talented people we have lost recently Al.
We have. It is so sad
I never listened to the Cranberries, but I knew a couple of their songs. She was way to young to die. It is always a sad day when they are taken before their time š¢
It is. She had a fantastic voice as well
I remember her, she was truly lovely,
and passed way too soon Al š¦ There
seems to be a growing tally on celebs
and artists being lost, it’s really sad.
Thank you for calling into my somewhat
cobwebbed and dusty realm, I am hoping
to add something every other day, more
if I can. Have a great Friday and weekend
my fine friend.
Andro
Thanks Andro. Over the last three years we have lost a great many celebs. I don’t know if it is because I am getting older so the celebrities I know of are usually older than I am.
You’re welcome as well, it is good to see you posting again.
Yes I guess it’s that we too
are getting older and not realising
it, they seem to be popping off
regularly don’t they?
Have a fun Sunday my fine friend š
Andro
I didnāt realize at first who she was or who the Cranberries were. But I always loved their song āLinger.ā I donāt believe authorities still know what exactly happened, but considering the tragic early deaths of so many entertainment figures in the past, I hope it didnāt involve narcotics or suicide. I mean, 46 is not āold!ā Itās just slightly past middle-aged. Still, itās so sad.
I agree. It’s younger than me, and I hope it isn’t drugs related. I will be very disappointed if it is.
She certainly had a distinctive voice and I loved The Cranberries back in the day. Happy New Year by the way.
saw her twice on stage. first at her no need to argue tour in birmingham nec arena, and later supporting r.e.m.’s monster tour at milton keynes’ bowl. both in 1995. rip dolores.
That must have been awesome to see them live
RIP Dolores. I remember the Cranberries loads.
[ Smiles ] May she rest in peace; I will miss her.
Oh no, I hadn’t heard. How tragic, such promise cut short so young.
I know. So sad.
Reading this news this morning gave me the sads.
It did me as well. I was talking to someone about her a couple of days before.
