THE FEET OF DARKNESS
by
Seyi Sandra David

I read The Feet of Darkness by Seyi Sandra David on my kindle. I brought it as one of the first books for it. I will say first off that this book is a religious book, dealing with the hordes of hell battling the armies of heaven. The story follows several main characters as they progress and learn about themselves and their destinies. There are some likeable characters, and of course, some that you like to dislike. All are believable and well written. Their backgrounds are explained as to how they are each in the situation they are, and how they are all part of God’s plan.

Along with the histories, you have the regrets of the decisions made. Each person has a reason for calling, and each has a reason for atonement. The descriptions of the places are well placed, and you can “see” what the author is showing you. The way the demons are, when they are in their own court is exceptionally described. The horror of the setting is apparent as is the way they are treated. There are twists throughout the book in just the right places.

The fight at the end is impressive and as is always the way with angels vs demons … you are left with a sense of satisfaction, but also …

I give The Feet of Darkness: ★★★★★ out of ☆☆☆☆☆

  1. Wow! Thanks Alastair for the review! And you gave it 5 stars! That is truly impressive. You’ve also classified the novel as Christian fiction, can’t fault that because that’s what it is! I truly appreciate this. But, you’ve left me hanging at the tail end, were you about to add more to it?
