This week’s Weekly Photo Challenge was an easy one. “lunch”. As I usually only have sandwiches for lunch, I thought I would do that. The most difficult parts were getting the cut straight and putting them in a way that looks more than just cut. I had one lemon curd sandwich and one orange marmalade sandwich.

I’m constantly amazed at how some people seem to eat so little and still not feel hungry… Sandwiches for lunch just will NOT do for me. Is it an Asian thing? Since we’re always eating big meals… Mixing potatoes with noodles, noodles with rice… Maybe….
