WordPress have been irritating and have decided to change the feed AGAIN!! Now, when ever I reply to a comment on my own blog, the speech bubble appears to say that someone has left a comment, and guess what? It’s me!! I KNOW!!! I just wrote it! I don’t forget things easily yet!

Yeah, it kinda pissed me off when they changed the Android phone app… my stats used to appear fairly quickly… now I have to wait for the circly-spinny thing to stop before I see my stats…. grrrr

I agree. The page I am on at the moment, it’s the one with the blue header. The one that to get back to your blog you have to go through a series of pages, rather than the one click that it used to be

[ Smiles ] I guess that I would find out as soon as I log on to WordPress via PC. I have been using my smartphone to peruse articles on WordPress today and as you and I both know, the mobile platform is entirely different.
Hopefully, WordPress’ tech staff should be able to solve that annoying issue.
In the meantime, you can use your iPhone.
Which is what I am going to end up doing apart from posting.
Seems like they like to mess with everything except what needs fixing.

OK I see what you mean. I replied to all my real commenters, and as I did the bubble came back on . So when I finished, I refreshed the comment page, and voila – there I was in quadruplicate. Yikes!!! 🙂 Disappointing – yes!!! 🙂

Hahaha. Mine seems to have stopped doing it now. But I am answering it in my reader area and that keeps going squiffy, so not sure if that’s why
hehe–that just happened to me…also I am having troubs with publishingposts –and then them not showing up in my sidebar menus. I have switched widgets around, cleared caches…! Who KNOWS what is going on!
Also, I am planning to buy one of your superb pictures, Alastair–as soon as I scrape together a coupla bucks, so hopefully within a month or so. (yes, she is THAT broke!) LOL.

My major annoyance is with my reader. The people in my reader I don’t even recognize! Where do they come from? They certainly aren’t any of you folks! OK that was my rant. I haven’t experienced the bubble thing yet. Or maybe I did and didn’t realize it! There’s one there now. I’ll check it out!! Thanks A for alerting us! M 🙂

Not only that, but this week I have missed quite a number of posts in my reader too. Yesterday I had to visit my favourite blog only to find that the latest post made the day before had not come into my reader. Very annoying. I am even thinking about transferring all the blogs to another reader and giving up on the WP one, but that would be an awful lot of work 🙂
I have all of my blogs come through to my email. That way I can guarantee that I get them all.
Hmmm may think about that – I guess I would have to unfollow then subscribe via email – 🙂
