I would say, from your feedback, these moons actually DID work…oh ell oh ell. I like how you arranged the sequence…it’s almost like a flip book as you scroll downward. Also, still fabulous detail on Mr. Moon’s face!!

I wonder how many times anyone get’s that perfect shot on the first take Alastair. I’m guessing very very few. Persistence can pay off! 🙂 xx
I have used the first shot I have taken a couple of times – but that is usually when it is a seagull or a rainbow, or something that is carefully set up. But yes, persistence is definitely worth it 🙂

Thanks. Just wanted to show that not all photos come out perfectly. That it is only one about thirty that are usable. 🙂
It’s pretty difficult to take photos of the moon…i did the same when tried to photograph this subject the first time…it took me hundred shots to get some good ones. 🙂
I’ve taken loads. This is the first time I have played with the shutter speed and f-stop. The bottom one I think is a “bokeh moon” lol
