Still Trying to Figure Things Out
A Mixed Bag 
I think the writer has captured very well what a depressive state can feel like to them, although I used to feel so depressed years ago that I thought no one cared, I didn’t feel loved and I did feel worthless. Luckily I have spent years changing that mindset and now I am happy with myself, I have good friends and I know people care.
I was in that state ten years ago and again in the years since my split. However, in the last year that has changed dramatically, and I am a happy person now. When I start getting those depressed feelings, I fight them now, and I win 🙂
