I love the water…swimming, boating, sight seeing (especially water falls). We had a boat when we lived in Florida. Miss it, too:>)
I keep wanting to go out on that boat, but I don’t know if it is worth it. I know it’s not expensive, but it’s still money. 🙂

They are great but to be honest we found it was a hole to throw money into! However, it was a great experience for the children. My husband was in the Navy so he was able to teach them (especially our son) all about the water for you see, water has no mercy!
Exactly. And there’s riptides just out in that area which is one that shows no mercy at all even to the strongest swimmers

I was on my balcony when I took the photo.

I have thought of photobombing people before. As I have the White Cliffs of Dover directly behind me and Dover Castle atop that, people often take photos from the other side of the road or from on the boat. If I was to pull faces or hold a sign up, I wonder if it would be in the photo ;-D
I’m laughing just thinking about that thought. I will share with you (I’ve never been there) that I consider the Whilte Cliffs of Dover to be fascinating and Beautiful (based on movies, books, photos), just an aside here. 🙂

Those windows are from the wartime tunnels that Winston Churchill used to combat the Germans after the Battle of Britain
