Thank you to Ripley for nominating me for the One Lovely Blog Award. I am honoured to receive it, thank you.

So the rules are:

1. Thank the person who nominated you

Thank you again to Ripley Connor for nominating me. If you haven’t been to her blog, go there. It’s a great insight into the mind of someone who is part Alien, part Terminator with a bit of human in for good measure.

2. List seven things about yourself

  1. Hmmm. I used to build websites, but stopped after my divorce
  2. I used to build and repair computers, but stopped that around the same time
  3. The only other country I have holidayed in is Germany in 1981
  4. I can’t wear analogue watches, my body electricity fries them
  5. I have more than 20 dragons
  6. One of my great mates (Bowch) has lost over seven stone, and I am proud of him
  7. I tend to read instruction manuals when I can’t figure something out.

  5. Congratulations on your award! However, while I am truly humbled that you wish to honor me this way, I must decline the nomination. I follow lots of blogs and to try to play favorites with them would be like playing favorites among my children (if I had lots of kids). I do appreciate that you like what I do. Your comments and follows and likes mean so much to me, so please don’t take this the wrong way that I am declining the award.

    My biggest reward are your kind words and all the people who follow my blog. I treasure every single one of you!

    • That’s fair enough, Carissa and thank you for letting me know rather than just ignoring it. Your photos that you post are nothing short of amazing and you deserve to be recognised, but I completely understand. 🙂
