I decided to take a photo of the lighthouse tonight, I put the camera on my NEW tripod, and set the shutter speed to 30 seconds. At one point, a boat did go across the harbour, which is the white line, but I think the photo caught the lighthouse quite well. I like the reflections in the water as well.
